Sanglin Chang is a Virginia Tech alumna who earned her B.A. in English with a concentration in professional writing and M.A. in English with a focus on technical communication and user experience. Before joining VTNSI as a VTNSI project manager, her roles included associate director of student affairs marketing and communication for George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, associate brand marketing manager for Pfister in Orange County, CA, and process manager and technical writer for Lowe’s in Mooresville, NC.
