Proposal Specialist

Chelsea is a Proposal Specialist within the PMO at VTNSI. Prior to joining the Institute, she worked at Radford University in Financial Aid where she specialized in academic and medical withdrawals and writing University withdrawal policies. Chelsea previously worked at Virginia Tech within central IT as a Contract Administrator and New River Valley Community Services where she assisted the MAT Program and Psychiatric Services . She currently holds an A.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Legal Studies. Chelsea also has her RYT 200 and teaches yoga after work.
