Zach Leffke is a Senior Research Associate with the Mission Systems Division (MSD) of the Virginia Tech National Security Institute (VT-NSI). He serves as the Principal Investigator for the Virginia Tech Ground Station and the Technical Lead for the VT-NSI Space Domain Awareness Observatory. His research focuses on RF engineering, antennas, signal processing, software radio, space communications, space domain awareness, and EO/IR/RF instrumentation with emphasis on design, build, integration, test, and deployment of fieldable systems.
