John Saad

Advisory Board Member | Partner, Defense & Security Segment Leader, Guidehouse

John Saad is a partner at Guidehouse working in the areas of organizational transformation, operations redesign and complex claims analysis. At Guidehouse he leads our team of nearly 2,000 consultants in support of our work across the Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI, the U.S. Department of State and the Intelligence Community.

Prior to joining Guidehouse, Saad was with PwC for 22 years where he supported both private and public sector clients on a range of matters in both PwC’s Financial Advisory Services Practice and its Public Sector Practice including a lead role on the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund.

Saad holds an MBA in Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of directors for the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council as well as the Vice Chair for the American Red Cross in the National Capital Area. Saad is a also a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) and serves as an adjunct professor at George Washington University and American University.
