Advisory Board Member

John Saad is a partner at Guidehouse working in the areas of organizational transformation, operations redesign, claims analysis and financial management. At Guidehouse he leads the homeland security and law enforcement sector, which encompasses work across the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Intelligence Community.

Prior to joining Guidehouse, Saad worked in PwC’s forensics practice on complex claims analysis including numerous post-disaster claims funds and compensation programs such as the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, Qatar Katrina Fund and the TSA Airline Security Infrastructure Fee.

Saad holds a M.B.A in strategy and a B.S. in finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He is program management professional and he serves on the board of directors for the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council, as well as the American Red Cross National Capital Region. Saad is an adjunct professor of business administration at George Washington University.
