Orlando Florez is the assistant director for the Virginia Tech National Security's program management office.
Before this role, Florez was a senior program manager for the Hume Center. Prior to joining Virginia Tech, he was a program analyst at System Planning Corporation in the Microsystems Technology Office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
Florez holds an MBA from George Washington University and a B.S. from Penn State University.
