Postdoctoral Associate, Intelligent Systems Division

Hailing from Texas, Lee Jarzembak has a diverse background in technology and military music. With 8 years of experience in the USAF performing duties in IT support, cyber security, asset management, mission planning, logistics, and performing music, he has cultivated a diverse skillset while maintaining a passion for learning. Lee has had the privilege of studying at institutions such as Texas Tech, The Juilliard School, and the Curtis Institute of Music.

Throughout his career, Lee has had the opportunity to travel across the US and Europe as an Air Force musician, forming connections with communities through music, and getting to know people from various cultures and backgrounds. Additionally, he has gained valuable insights in roles such as operations management, leading teams and supporting commander driven initiatives across the world.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Lee enjoys cycling, fitness, and trying to keep up with his 4 children. After a couple of years being separated from his family due to military service, he and his family are back together in Virginia and excited for Lee’s new journey at VT NSI.
